I’m Eréndira “Yendi” Castillo—an estate planning attorney, proud Latina, and longtime Tucson local. How We're Different

A Holistic Approach to Law and Life

In 2024, I became certified to teach mindfulness to lawyers through Warrior One. I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation since 2004, and it has become a daily practice that helps me stay grounded, present, and compassionate—especially in a profession where we often carry the weight of others’ most difficult moments.


Mindfulness allows me to show up more fully for my clients, creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and never rushed. It also informs how I teach and give back to the legal community.


I’ve had the honor of co-teaching mindfulness sessions with Alisa Gray at the Maricopa County Bar Association Paralegal Section training and the Federal District Court Criminal Justice Act Panel annual trainings in Tucson and Phoenix. I also speak to students at the University of Arizona through the Lawtina Program and the Professional Responsibility class at the James E. Rogers College of Law.
